Since we are online dealer (Chrono24 Trusted Dealer since 2020) and cater mostly for the overseas market we do not have a traditional walk in shop, please book your appointment at least one day in advance.

- professional polish and finishing
- age on dial, hands, lume or mechanical parts
Kimondo Watches Shipping Policy
All our international orders are shipped with FedEx Priority. The shipping fee is based on your destination and there may be additional fees/tax incurred by your country’s customs. Please take into consideration these potential charges and be sure to contact your local customs office. Should the buyer refuse the package at the border, they will be responsible for the costs at customs and return shipping fees.
For your security, all shipments will require a signature for delivery. The person who signs for the package must be 18 years or older. Please take this into consideration and make arrangements prior to placing your order.
Due to CITES regulation alligator staps cannot be re-exported / re-imported. As a result, watches with alligator strap will be shipped without strap. The strap on the pictures is for demonstration purpose only. Please contact us if you want a replacement calfskin strap.
KIMONDO WATCHES RETURN POLICY
Items that are non-returnable:
Any item(s) that has been altered or is not in substantially the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. This includes blemishes, mechanical tampering, scratches or any indication that the watch has been worn or resized in any manner.
At the time of shipping, all items are affixed with several one-time use stickers, which means that the watch has been put through a rigorous inspection to ensure you are getting a genuine product. If you return the watch and any of the one-time use stickers has been removed or altered, we cannot ensure the watch has not been tampered with. Because of this, we will need to put the watch back through our inspection process to ensure the next buyer is receiving a genuine product.
In the event that you have altered or removed the sticker, you can still return your watch. However, due to the inspection process mentioned above, you will be given a refund of the final sale price minus a restocking fee that will be assessed on a case to case basis.
